Ramzi, Dana and Nawaf bring Noor Stone bearer John Weller into THE 99. Ramzi reveals the secret of the mystical stones and Weller realises that he?s only discovered a small part of his stone?s power.

Ramzi is not the only one searching for the Noor Stones. Evil mastermind Rughal also wants them. THE 99 try to recruit young stone bearer Miklos, a technology wizard, but Rughal gets to him first, and Miklos makes a shocking choice.

In Cairo, THE 99 recruit Catarina, whose Noor Stone makes her a fearsome martial artist. The superheroes attempt to rescue Miklos from Rughal but soon discover they?ve made a devastating mistake.
