iPDS-100 repackaged Add Video

Intel originally packaged the iPDS-100 personal development system in a clumsy, heavy, awkward, "portable" case with a tiny 9" green CRT display and a very clunky keyboard on a short tether and an even clunkier 5.25" SA460 floppy drive. These units suffered from a lot of component failures. In 2016, if you find one to buy, it's for sure the software is missing.

I bought several iPDS-100's last year, all without software. It took me several months to recover the ImageDisk IMD images that were posted in various places on the Internet to create a 720K DSDD 5.25" floppy the iPDS would boot to. I now have an IBM AT setup with IMD and all the software images for the iPDS. If you tell me which disk you need, I'll make you a fresh copy and test it in my iPDS for $15 including mailing. Same goes for 5.25" 720K DSDD for Series-IV or 512K 8" MMFM SSDD for Series-II MDS. Text Richard @ 510-229-9711

John says...
The sound of the floppy nerking was music to my ears. Spent many hours listening to that. I dont suppose you have a working copy of aedit somewhere? Have to say the green screen was nice when some clever soul made a pds version of missle command for pds.
